Residents Moving In or Moving Out
Are you moving into or out of our sewer service area? Please fill out our form least 5 business days prior to the scheduled closing. Please note that the District requests payment with a title company check.
By Ordinance, the District only bills property owners. Renters will not receive bills. This is done to protect the property owner from adverse action being taken by the District as a result of non-payment of the sanitary sewer service bills by your tenant.
We will need the service address, the name(s) you would like on the bill, the billing address (if different from the service address), an email address and a contact phone number. NMWRD offers a direct debit program. An enrollment form may be found on our website at Direct Debit Form, or you may call our office to have a form mailed to you. Your first bill will be generated with the next regular cycle billing.
Attorneys, Realtors & Title Companies
Third Party Requests for property closing letters and final bills should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 847.526.3349 at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled closing. The request must include the information below:

A final bill will be calculated for prorated sewer service through the closing date. The District requests payment with a title company check.
