Third Party Requests can be made using our form (please click form to fill out our form) at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled closing. We will then issue the final bill or closing letter. If you have any further requests for final bills they should be emailed to info@nmwrd.org or faxed to 847.526.3349 prior to the closing.

A final bill will be calculated for prorated sewer service through the closing date. The District requests payment with a title company check.

** Please note that you still have to contact your Village for final water or trash bills.**

RESIDENTS MOVING OUT

Are you moving into or out of our sewer service area? If so, please have your attorney fill (please click fill to fill out our form) out our form at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled closing. Please note that the District requests payment with a title company check.

By Ordinance, the District only bills property owners. Renters will not receive bills. This is done to protect the property owner from adverse action being taken by the District as a result of non-payment of the sanitary sewer service bills by your tenant.

BUYERS

We are the Sanitary District and we provide sanitary sewer service and wastewater treatment. To set up your sewer account we will need the following information:

• New service address
• Name(s) you would like on the bill
• Billing address (if different from the service address)
• Email address
• Contact phone number

NMWRD offers a direct debit program. An enrollment form may be found on our website at Direct Debit Form, or you may call our office to have a form mailed to you. Your first bill will be generated with the next regular cycle billing.
