Real Estate Closings
Residents Moving In or Moving Out
Are you moving into or out of our sewer service area? Please fill (click fill to fill out our form) form least 5 business days prior to the scheduled closing. Please note that the District requests payment with a title company check.
By Ordinance, the District only bills property owners. Renters will not receive bills. This is done to protect the property owner from adverse action being taken by the District as a result of non-payment of the sanitary sewer service bills by your tenant.
Buyers
We will need the service address, the name(s) you would like on the bill, the billing address (if different from the service address), an email address and a contact phone number. NMWRD offers a direct debit program. An enrollment form may be found on our website at Direct Debit Form, or you may call our office to have a form mailed to you. Your first bill will be generated with the next regular cycle billing.
