HOW WE BILL

Island Lake and Port Barrington: Sewer service is billed quarterly, after the service has been provided, on the 1st working day of January, April, July and October. 

Lakemoor:  Sewer service is billed quarterly, after the service has been provided, on the 1st working day of February, May, August and November.    

Payment is due in the District office on or before 4:00 p.m. of the due date printed on the bill. The District allows 21 days for payment, calculated from the date the bills are mailed.

Bills are printed on postcards (blue on white) to minimize costs. Please check your junk mail to ensure that you don’t throw a bill away by accident.

Please call promptly to notify the office staff of any name or address corrections and notify the office staff if you are selling your home.
